Doug's preferred recording studio for all Voice over work is Stebbing recording studios, Ponsonby, Auckland. Doug says "Recording at Stebbings is like being at home for me, it's comfort, i don't record in a booth but a huge room that allows me to express myself, the enviornment does something to me and brings out my best, i love stebbing...some of my best voice over work especially for television has been produced in that studio".
